For those who wanna explore pole moves and keep fit, here you can learn stretching and pole tricks.

Basic

For those who want to have fun gripping the pole for the first time. We will introduce you to the “pole”, explore basic pole moves, gain upper body strength, accompanied with a 15-20 minutes warm up session.
Tricks: Basic climb up, fairy, fireman, chair, cradle.
* No prior experience needed

Basic Invert

For those who graduated from basic pole tricks class and want to enhance their skills on inversions. This class will only focus on inversions and inversion variations. Accompanied with core and back strengthening exercises.
Tricks: Invert V, crucifix, handstand, handstand stag, aerial invert.

Intermediate L1

For those who got approval to move to Intermediate Pole Tricks 1 by the instructor. We will teach you more advanced tricks and variations from climb up, learn how to “sit” on the pole etc. Accompanied with a 15-20 minutes warm up session.
Tricks: Angel, backward fairy, spin cradle, ballerina, pencil.

Intermediate L2

For those who got approval to move to Intermediate Pole Tricks 2 by the instructor. We will teach you basic inversions, variations on Basic and Intermediate 1 tricks. If you are not familiar with basic inversions, take the basic invert class. Accompanied with a 15-20 minutes warm up session.
Tricks: Open V cradle, layback, basic inversion, invert V, crucifix, hello boy, backward stag.
* Only enroll when you get approval from instructor or book through email to have an assessment.

Intermediate L3

For those who got approval to move to Intermediate Pole Tricks 3 by the instructor. We will teach you leg hang variations. Make sure you are familiar and can securely do inversions. Accompanied with a 15-20 minutes warm up session.
Tricks: aerial invert, inside leg hang, outside leg hang, hip pole, straight leg layback.
* Only enroll when you get approval from instructor or book through email to have an assessment.
